Infrared Sauna
Deep, therapeutic heat that warms you from the inside out. Sweat, detox, ease sore muscles, and unwind at a temperature that’s actually comfortable.
What Is a Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna?
A traditional sauna heats the air around you. An infrared sauna uses infrared light to warm your body directly, so the heat reaches muscles, joints, and deeper tissue instead of just your skin.
Our full spectrum sauna combines near, mid, and far infrared in a single session. Each wavelength works at a different depth, giving you the most complete sauna therapy available.
Because the heat works on your body rather than the air, it runs at a comfortable 110-140°F instead of the 160-200°F of a traditional sauna. You get a deep sweat without the overwhelming heat.
Three Wavelengths, One Session
The shortest wavelength, working closest to the surface. Supports skin health and cellular recovery.
Reaches into soft tissue to boost circulation and help loosen tight muscles and stiff joints.
Raises your core temperature for a deep, detoxifying sweat and full-body relaxation.
What Happens in Your Body
- Direct Warming: Infrared light warms your body from the inside out rather than heating the air
- Better Circulation: Blood vessels open up, bringing oxygen and nutrients to muscles and joints
- Deep Sweat: Your core temperature rises gradually, triggering a thorough, cleansing sweat
- Muscle Relief: Heat reaches tight muscles, fascia, and joints to ease stiffness and soreness
- Calmer Inflammation: Regular heat exposure helps the body manage inflammation and recover faster

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear and bring?
Please bring a full-sized towel to sit on and wear a swimsuit, athletic clothing, sweat suit, or whatever you’re comfortable in. No nudity. Bring a change of dry clothes if you plan to do hydrogen, compression, or BioCharger afterward.
How hot does it get?
Our full spectrum sauna runs at about 110-140°F. That’s much cooler than a traditional sauna, so most people find it comfortable even on their first visit.
How long is a session?
Sessions run up to 30 minutes. If you’re new to saunas, it’s fine to start shorter and build up.
How often should I use it?
Consistency is where the benefits build. Many people aim for 2-3 sessions a week, and members often come more since the sauna is included in the Unlimited Recovery Membership.
How should I prepare?
Hydrate well before and after your session. Avoid alcohol beforehand and try not to come in on a completely empty stomach.
Is it safe for everyone?
Infrared sauna is safe for most people, but check with your doctor first if you’re pregnant, have a heart condition or blood pressure issues, take medications that affect heat tolerance, or have any other medical concerns.
