Front Desk Team Member – Healios Carlsbad (Client Experience & Support):

Healios Laser Therapy is seeking a warm, professional, and service-driven Front Desk Team Member to be the face of our Carlsbad location and voice of all locations. This role is the first and last impression for our clients—providing exceptional in-person support, handling all phone inquiries, and embodying the energy of the Healios brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and a compassionate presence

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all phone calls, scheduling, and client inquiries

• Guide clients through their healing journey by advising which therapies best support their goals

• Maintain a calm, confident, and organized environment in a fast-paced clinic setting

• Support the therapy team with smooth daily operations and clear communication

• Manage administrative tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability

• Represent Healios’ mission with passion for health, wellness, and client care

• Maintain, clean, and service recovery equipment as needed

• Keep the suite immaculate—upholding a spotless, highly hygienic environment at all times

• Collect appropriate content (videos, photos) during sessions or downtime for social media and marketing use

• Assist with additional duties based on skillset, including content creation and other creative or operational responsibilities

Healios Laser Therapy is redefining recovery, performance, and wellness through advanced Class IV high-intensity laser therapy and innovative health technologies. CiraRx is bringing the next generation of Class IV High-Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT) to healthcare professionals nationwide.

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic Social Media Manager who genuinely loves creating content, telling stories, meeting people, and helping brands grow. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, social, and enjoys both the creative and strategic sides of social media and wants to play a meaningful role in building two rapidly growing health and wellness brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career creator looking to build an impressive portfolio while gaining real-world experience with two innovative companies.

Responsibilities

Content Collection

• Visit Healios locations throughout San Diego County to capture engaging photo and video content.

• Record treatments, behind-the-scenes moments, client experiences (with consent), educational content, events, staff highlights, and daily clinic life.

• Coordinate and film practitioners, team members, and clients.

• Set up microphones, lighting, and camera equipment to ensure high-quality audio and video.

• Be comfortable appearing on camera yourself, when appropriate, to serve as a face behind the brand.

Content Creation

• Create educational, entertaining, and engaging social media content tailored to each brand.

• Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

• Design graphics, carousels, stories, and promotional content.

• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats.

• Help maintain a consistent visual identity and voice across both brands.

Social Media Management

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.

• Publish a minimum of:

  • 5+ posts per week for Healios

  • 3+ posts per week for CiraRx

• Post daily Stories for both brands (Instagram and Facebook).

• Publish posts and content to all social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, NextDoor.

• Monitor trends, audio, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.

• Help increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness through thoughtful, consistent content.

Community & Brand Growth

• Identify local athletes, healthcare providers, fitness professionals, influencers, and community members who align with our brands.

• Coordinate collaboration posts, creator partnerships, testimonials, and educational content opportunities.

• Build relationships that expand the visibility of both Healios and CiraRx.

• Brainstorm creative campaigns, promotions, and content series that generate new clients, customers, and followers.

Marketing & Strategy

• Bring fresh ideas to the table and think creatively about how to grow each brand.

• Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives, launches, promotions, and events.

• Help showcase Healios and CiraRx in a professional, authentic, and innovative light.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing social media accounts (professional, freelance, school organization, or personal brand).

• Strong video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

• Comfortable using DSLR, mirrorless, or smartphone cameras.

• Experience with microphones and capturing quality audio.

• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Photography experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Must provide examples of previous social media work (professional, freelance, school, or personal projects).

• Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera.

• Reliable transportation to travel between Healios locations in the San Diego area.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Room for Rent Inside Wellness / Recovery Space – Costa Mesa
Full-time | $1,500/month

We have a private treatment room available for rent inside our Costa Mesa wellness space and are looking for a like-minded health practitioner who is passionate about helping clients feel their best.

We’d love to share the space with someone whose work complements what we do at Healios Laser Therapy and within the recovery / performance / rehab world. A practitioner whose services pair well with laser therapy and physical therapy is a huge plus.

Ideal fit may include:

• Bodyworker

• Functional medicine / wellness practitioner

• Recovery / performance-focused provider

A few things to note:

• The room is full-time for $1,500/month

• We are located next door to a gym, so the environment is active and wellness-oriented

• The room shares a wall with our laser treatment room, so there can be some noise during appointments and conversation throughout the day

• We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a collaborative, health-focused setting and doesn’t mind a bit of activity around them
