Compression therapy
Slip on our compression boots, lean back, and let the air do the work. In just 15 minutes, boost circulation, flush out muscle waste, and get your legs feeling fresh again.
What Is Compression Therapy?
Compression therapy uses air-filled boots that inflate and release in a wave-like pattern, gently squeezing your legs from the feet up. It works like a deep, rhythmic massage that helps move blood and fluid back toward the heart.
Athletes have used dynamic compression for years to recover between training sessions. The same technology helps anyone who spends long days on their feet, sits for hours, or just wants their legs to feel lighter.
Our compression system draws on over a decade of research, using multiple levels of air pressure to relieve soreness and revive tired muscles. No effort required. You just sit back and relax.
Who It’s For
Recover faster between workouts, games, and races. Clear out the soreness so you’re ready for the next session.
Nurses, teachers, servers, dancers, and anyone who spends hours standing. Relieve heavy, achy legs at the end of the day.
Long flights and long hours sitting slow down circulation. A session helps get things moving again.
What Happens During a Session
- Feet First: The boots inflate starting at your feet, applying firm, comfortable pressure
- Wave Upward: Pressure moves up through the calves and thighs in sequence, mimicking your body’s natural muscle pump
- Fluid Moves: Blood and lymph are pushed back toward the heart, along with metabolic waste from hard-working muscles
- Release: Each zone releases, letting fresh, oxygen-rich blood flow back in
- Repeat: The cycle continues for the full session, building a deep sense of relief
- Walk Out Lighter: Most people say their legs feel lighter, looser, and recharged right away

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear?
Dry, comfortable clothes. Athletic pants or leggings work great. If you’re coming from the infrared sauna, bring a change of dry clothes.
Does it hurt?
No. It feels like a firm, rhythmic squeeze, similar to a deep leg massage. We can adjust the pressure to whatever feels good to you.
Should I do it before or after a workout?
Either works. Before a workout it can help your legs feel loose and ready. After, it helps flush out soreness and speed up recovery.
How often can I do it?
As often as you like. Many members use compression daily since it’s included in the Unlimited Recovery Membership. Athletes in heavy training often get the most out of regular sessions.
Is it safe for everyone?
Compression is safe for most people, but it isn’t right for everyone. If you have a history of blood clots or DVT, circulation or heart conditions, an acute injury or open wound on the legs, or you’re pregnant, check with your doctor first.
Can I use my phone or read during the session?
Absolutely. Most people relax, scroll, read, or just close their eyes.
